It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping was great and replenished supplies and cleaned our room well. If you can take my email address to send a confirmation, why can't you send a notice that the pool would be unavailable? As mentioned by others, the tv channels are limited but this was not a big deal to us. The pool was closed one of the days we were there. A service person came quickly but he was not able to open it, and had to call for another person who was able to successfully open the safe so that we could use it. However, over an hour later, we returned to the desk and the person who promised to call us was not working and hadn't passed along the message to call us when the room was ready. We arrived earlier than check in and were told that we would be called on our cellphone when the room was ready.
The rooms are spacious and the separate water closet within the bathroom is a nice setup. My husband I stayed three nights at the hotel at Firekeepers.
